Do I need a referral to book a consultation?
No. You can book a chamber or online consultation directly. Please bring or upload all previous reports.
How long does a day care chemotherapy session take?
Most sessions take 2–5 hours depending on the protocol. You go home the same day.
Can my family join an online consultation?
Yes. Family members can join the same video call — we encourage it, especially for treatment decisions.
How do I order prescription-only medicines?
Upload a clear photo of a valid prescription in the shop. Our pharmacist verifies it and calls you before dispatch.
How do I order medicines and pay?
Choose the medicine in our shop and fill in your details. Pay right away with bKash or Nagad, or choose Pay later — we call you first, then you pay in cash on delivery or at the chamber.
What should I bring to my first visit?
Biopsy/histopathology report, imaging (CT, MRI, PET), recent blood tests, discharge summaries and a list of current medicines.
